Review summary
I think the ship is new, and one of the most beautiful sailing from Miami. Everything works well, no complaints. We cannot say how the regular restaurants were because we were in Yacht Club, which is a notch up from the other restaurants. The whole Yacht Club experience is excellent. But the food in the "specialty" restaurants have to be upgraded. The Mexican restaurant should be eliminated as the food is simply bad. No reason to have a Mexican restaurant in an Italian ship. The seafood restaurant is manned by disinterested waiters and the food is very plain. The Burcher's Cut was better and so was the Teppanyaki, though not the best in any ship. Disembarkation was smooth, but embarkation in Miami was chaotic. No one directing the traffic into the building and we discovered the Yacht Club entry by chance. No wheelchairs there. Otherwise, if they polish these very minor faults, MSC would be the best in the industry as they have the ships, they just have to polish their cuisine.Embarkation

Ship tip
Two very important things: If you are in need of a wheelchair, you will find it difficult to get one on getting down from your car. You have to go in to registration and THEN you may be able to get one. The other advice is to try and pay for Yacht Club, it is MUCH better than the other type cabins. Plus the food is much better in the Yacht Club dining room.
