Review summary

They changed our itinerary prior to embarking but did not let us know until we arrived at our cabin which I was super mad about and a lot of the passengers too. We also bought the spa and it has a schedule that was stupid and did not match our itinerary

Very poor customer service if they didn't keep you informed of so many changes.

So where did you go?

Itineraries can always change on any ship but they usually tell you when they find out so you can make plans. MSC probably figured people would cancel so they decided to trick them by not telling until they were on board. That's MSC's business model, "Consider the customer last."

So had they told you before you got to your cabin about the changes you would not have been mad ???

Itineraries can and do happen often for a variety of reasons. I’m not sure why you worried at all of the ports as one star when you didn’t visit any of them.
