Review summary

Had to fight for our package Wifi and beverage. Took 2 days to get it. Some other overcharges had to fight to remove! The design of the ship does not reflect the good taste of Italians. Food was very average, even the cocktails were not tasty. The best on this cruise were the shows at night! Also loved the 2 pianists.

Clealiness was 5 stars but the design was awful

Balcony and Cleanliness A-1. Shower smaller tant 6 sq ft. Sofa blocked access to closet ... abvout 8 inches between the 2. Mirror just in front of beds ... no way to have an overview. Big problems with TV.

I Recognize that is a very small bathroom but overall to me all cruises ships have small Bathrooms also depending the category of the room too... Too bad this cruise didnt quite meet you expectacion next know better what you want and then don't have to experience your bad week

Disappointed

good time

The ship and staff were very nice but the dinner menu was not designed for the US. A lot of things other cruise line have free they charge for like ice cream and shrimp cocktail.
