First time on MSC by joeym879

Overall, a good cruise. Being in the yacht club was amazing. If it's within your budget, definitely go with the yacht club.

Great cruise by xrayvinny

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: MSC Seascape

The Cruise was excellent and had a lot to offer. A few things could be improved such as the elevator situation and some excursions, but the cruise overall was great.

Never again by ehrinjames

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)
Ship: MSC Seascape

I had fun being with my family, but I'll never fail with MSC again. They'd have to give me a suite for free and a free drink package for me to even consider them again.

Nightmare by rccaman

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: MSC Seascape

There was a accident at port of Miami and delayed 6 hours that was very understandable, no problems with that, but they called and said to come to port and board, after 6 hours of misery, with not one rep from the MSC, To talk to anyone although we did get a text saying we were further delayed do to congestion at the port and bad weather ( it did mist on us off and on for 6 hours) we were then prodded and yelled at to get on boat. Theated like garbage. Wet luggage, trip shortened by 12 hours, we were given a $20 on-board credit wow that's 4 bottles of water. On the last day a letter was slipped under our door for 10% off our next cruises cabin price. 10% off the cruise we paid for our 30th anniversary would be a insult. Not sure I would even take a free cruise from this multi million or billion dollar company. Over all the boat was beautiful, most of staff were great, excursions were fun. Overall would rate this cruiseline company a D.

MSC is not all that it seems to be! Thought it would be a higher class than the others but not so.

Lack of communication and organization by ttgraves2015

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: MSC Seascape

Made the best out of the cruise. There were times that we had a great time. But seeing the kids doing what they want in the night club, drinking and broken glass on the dance floor was distasteful. Many of the children were unsupervised and was allowed Closing the club down after 2am. Msc no no no

Wonderful Caribbean Cruise by abelfanny

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (young children)
Ship: MSC Seascape

Overall the cruise was a great experience for me and my family. The staff was very friendly and they provided a great customer service. The excursion team were not to helpful if the excursion wasn’t reserved on their counter- MSC. It is a gorgeous ship!

Beautiful experience by

Ship: MSC Seascape

Soooo happy with this cruise. I love the shows, the food the ports that we visited, the cabin, and the most important the protect the environment, and example of this is the example of the beach towels.

very disappointed by jcrabbie40

Sail date: / Traveled as: Large Group
Ship: MSC Seascape

The ship is beautiful and the room was nice. The service from customer service was subpar. Bar service was hit or miss depending where you were ordering your drink from. Had to exit room at 7am when disembarkation wasn't until 9:40. Room steward was not nice about this.

great cruise! by Manoharan

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)

All was fine except too much drinking. At night the ship turned into a big party which I guess is fine if you like big parties.

Most Enjoyable Caribbean Cruise by yroc71

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)
Ship: MSC Seascape

Overall this was an amazing cruise, expensive due to the last minute room upgrade, drink package, etc, but well worth it. Amazing staff the whole trip, smooth sailing, Clean rooms, unlimited entertainment and activities, drinks, games, pools, etc unlimited...one of the best cruise I've been on so far. I would rate 10 out of 10, but not having music throughout all day and island music was a downer (especially going to the caribbean) AND all night food area like most cruises have for those who like to dance the night away. So I'm rating it a 9 out of 10 overall.

GREAT VACATION by aelliot48563262

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)
Ship: MSC Seascape

Love the cruise, the staff did a great work, the ship was nice (new), everything was very clean. My recomendations will be, draft beer has to be more cold, he experiences getting drinks at the bar was a little anoying, to much people, not so many bartenders. I didn´t bring a book to read, and will be nice to have a small library to rent books or to share with other passengers.

35th Wedding Anniversary Cruise (1st Cruise) by bigdaddydon

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: MSC Seascape

We had a great time for our first cruise, many lessons learned on what to pack and what isn't needed. Ship orientation is the trick on knowing where you are going to not having to back track or jumping from deck to deck.
