Review summary
There was a accident at port of Miami and delayed 6 hours that was very understandable, no problems with that, but they called and said to come to port and board, after 6 hours of misery, with not one rep from the MSC, To talk to anyone although we did get a text saying we were further delayed do to congestion at the port and bad weather ( it did mist on us off and on for 6 hours) we were then prodded and yelled at to get on boat. Theated like garbage. Wet luggage, trip shortened by 12 hours, we were given a $20 on-board credit wow that's 4 bottles of water. On the last day a letter was slipped under our door for 10% off our next cruises cabin price. 10% off the cruise we paid for our 30th anniversary would be a insult. Not sure I would even take a free cruise from this multi million or billion dollar company. Over all the boat was beautiful, most of staff were great, excursions were fun. Overall would rate this cruiseline company a D.Embarkation

Ship tip
You get what you pay for then they rob you blind on anything you can think of, except for bandaid, wifes feet bleeding from so much walking, spent a couple days trying to find some, then we were told they don't have them, and I requested to go to Dr on-board, and they replied the Dr was not there for bandaids
