Good cruise, beautiful ship, great food overall. The spa was NOT GOOD!.People were pretty rude, including some employees.

Review summary

I loved the new beautiful boat and loved our room. People were really rude on the ship. A little unorganized. I wasn't happy with the Diamond 1 International store in Nassau at all! They were very unprofessional. I do not know if I would do another MSC cruise because I do not like the spa at all. The worst compared to other ships. I paid extra to have the option to use.

Dining rooms were great. Food was great. Buffet food was great, but the people eating were extremely rude.

The spa was not good. Too small for locker rooms, the thermal beds did not work properly. I did not like the spa at all compared to other ships. But, I did like the snow room. On some of the activities, they were poorly organized. People weren't listening and people weren't getting enough instruction.
