I ve been in many cruises including alaska europe Mediterranean carribbean etc but this one did not meet my expectations

We had the most UNPLEASANT cabin attendant , we got to a dirty and smelly room they gave us a handicap room and when we took a shower on the first day all the water went to the carpet because the drain was clogged and since the cabin attendant ESTERLYNE GIBBS did not clean the room she did not notice that the drain was clogged , we called guest service and when the agent called the maintenace supervisor he had the nerve of making the comment why we did not complaint earlier.. that ship was so crowded the guest service was so busy they were not answering the phones, line were too long in, my room was a mess i took pictures, on the days we were there she never cleaned the room only picked the garbage we ran out of toilet paper and we had to asked her for , we had some clothing to iron she refused to take them stating was too late I asked another cabin attendant he called and took the clothes to iron , at the end of the trip some other travelers mentioned to us their bad experience with her

The cabin attendant ESTERLYNE GIBBS was the most unpleasant person the cabin was not clean sheets were not clean and smelly bathroom
I Sail that ship beginning August and didn't Have any bad smells issue or sort of, also the ship is very bright sure there darks color but not over do it, Guest Service never have issue also sure there sometimes long lines but they were organized, and the Bathroom there's sign of which kind of bathroom it is.
I was on the Seascape in May and enjoyed it. I’m not sure what you mean by the ship was “all black” and hard to find your way out. The ship had excellent lighting in May. There are public restrooms for Men, Women and also a Family / handicap restroom in multiple areas on floors when public venues such as restaurants, bars & theaters. Did you choose the Family / Handicap restroom each time?
