Would do again! by sethlucherini

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: MSC Seascape

The whole thing majorly was there were different rules for different people! Example shuffling dice on the craps. The food was mediocre but the butchers cut was amazing! Took forever to get of boat in grand cayman and on. Got stuck on tender while attached to boat cause was too rough to get off. We were in yacht club which having the top floors was amazing. However the butler does not do as much as advertised. Overall I would do again though.

It is our Honeymoon Cruise dream! From the moment we stepped in MSC Seascape it is all good! We recommend it 100%. The ship is new, The food are awesome and delish! Bunch of choices everyday. Get yourself a drinking package you will not regret it. The staff are friendly and nice. They offered 100% service everytime. Thank you MSC Seascape for giving us a Honeymoon cruise that is worth every penny and very memorable. God bless you all.

Beautiful ship, comfortable room, efficient / friendly steward and dining servers. However, elevators were slow, the safety muster station drill was chaotic, tender waiting time was excessive, and had to order orange juice (breakfast buffet) for $. by macarnicle

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: MSC Seascape

The excursions were relaxing and pleasant (low activity level). However massive waiting lines put a damper on the pleasurable experience. More time at Cozumel, Grand Cayman, and Jamaica would have been appreciated. Service was impeccable.

Total Waste Of Precious Time and $$$ by My2bghands

Sail date: / Traveled as: Singles/Friends
Ship: MSC Seascape

A Crew Member jumped overboard during this cruise..many of the crew that I spoke with wanted off that ship! For a ship that is a year old it is falling apart. MSC/Captain need to fix the morale of the crew! Food at the Aurea Restaurant was awful and same menu as all others!

Enjoyable Eastern Caribbean Criuise by gilkesdianne966

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: MSC Seascape

I want to give a special thanks to Wency Jimenez because her serving us made our seven day cruise enjoyable. It was very noticeable she love her job and took great pride in doing it. She made it possible for us to dine in the main dinning room and the buffet. My wife has a lot of environmental and food allergies and she worked very closely with us to make sure we were accommodated the whole week we were on the ship. Thank you Wency, we appreciate everything you did to make our vacation enjoyable. It meant a lot to us.

Fabulous Caribbean Cruise by wilsonmhamt

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: MSC Seascape

None of this would have been possible without Lana Robinson who did an excellent job of setting this cruise up. Stayed in touch every step of the way and sent nice wishes and reminders to us right up til the day we left. Also did not forget to wish me a happy birthday. The dining room staff made me feel very special on my birthday by surprising me at dinner with a beautiful cake and just making a big deal of my BD. I will never forget it.

Good cruise, food could be better by abevers532

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: MSC Seascape

Ship was really good, nice amenities, could use more and warmer pools and hot tubs. Food was not great but fine. Private island was great and easy to navigate to find a spot to spend the day, although lunch on the island was only in one spot and quite a walk depending on what part of island you ended up on. Wish the pool attendants would stop putting up loungers and chairs so early, but tons of spots all over to find something that suits you. Really good cruise.

Great ship by dmhope

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: MSC Seascape

This ship is a smart ship, all technology based. Great ship, the staff was amazing, and the food was good. The only downfall was that no automatic door openers were installed for those with mobility issues. All the doors to restrooms pull open, and while sitting on your scooter they couldn’t get in.

Excellent experience by eastudillo

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: MSC Seascape

Great experience in MSC Seascape. Highs: Cleaningless, service, how everything works perfect, food and drinks, theater, karaoke, panorama bridges, waiters, stewards, spirit of the people that works there, the ship itself is magnificent, and jewel of the crown is San Juan Puerto Rico. Improvable: pools (space), parties (music)

Great First MSC by rebeccakolk3

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple

Great first time MSC. Used to carnival but needed a change. Only "con" was lack of availability for food in between meals. Carnival ALWAYS has food available. Msc not so much. Also their private island needs more organization

First MSC Cruise and would probably compare it to Princess. by micdwhit

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: MSC Seascape

It was good vacation, but nothing spectacular. MSC does good with the overall price, but lacks a little in other areas. I have cruised on Carnival, Holland, Princess and Royal Caribbean before this MSC cruise. So far Royal Caribbean has been my favorite.

Excellent cruise by jkvetrano

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)
Ship: MSC Seascape

Overall we had a terrific time. The ship is stunning. Food was mostly excellent except in the main dining hall so we just went elsewhere after trying it twice. We traveled with a family of 10 from 3 generations and all had a great time. Will cruise with MSC again.

Very good by dnguyen22015

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: MSC Seascape

We love all of it; except for the crowd at the elevators. The foods in the dining room is OK but should be various in menu options; sometimes it is a little boring in some dishes.
