You may want to eat at the buffet more than having diner in the dining room. The dinner menu wasn't spectacular. One night my wife thought the veal smelled like cat food!

Think twice if smoke bothers you! Smoking is allowed in the Casinos and the no smoking in cabins is not enforced

Check that all your paid excursions are OK when you board. We had an excursion cancelled on us we did not find out until 11:00 pm the night before our port. There where not any excursions available, we felt like we where left flopping in the wind. However when we left the ship and hired a private tour that was near the port and all worked out.

The ship is beautiful, the organisation not so good, the terminals had been container-terminals, not cruise-terminals, so it was not a nice trip, not to recommende, sorry.

I do not plan to ever take another cruise again. This is my first and last cruise with MSC. The cruise was chaotic from start to finish. Ports were removed, added and back and forth several times without prior notice. Even after they gave us printed daily schedule late at night, schedule still changed! Port arrival times published in itinerary do not include docking time and custom and border clearance. These times are literally the time boat arrives to shore. No more. No less. Getting off the ship at every port is frustrating as each crew member gives you a different directions. Excursion groups cut in at every line on all decks at the same time every one else trying to get off orderly so there are no rules. Most passengers ended up circling decks 5,6, and 7 several times before finding the right line to stand in. Getting off the ship at each port took 20 minutes!

You need to be prepared for smoking in casino as makes your close smell especially if you get a smoker sitting next to you . I did not like this so only used a couple a times instead of each night on other cruise lines . Was not for me

Most of the crew friendly although an extreamly rude receptionist. Food - lots of bread if you are a bread eater. Rest... nothing great. Not Disabled friendly - i.e. with excursions they take you in a wheelchair to the bus. On return... NO ASSISTANCE YOU HAVE TO BEG FOR HELP.
