Would not use MSC again, really disappointing. Everyone we spoke to was complaining. I don’t like to spend my holiday that way. I’ve previously been on Royal Caribbean and they’re worlds apart.

The buffet was a joke, this was one of the main reasons we weren’t happy. If you went in there at normal meal times you would be walking round and round trying to get a seat, so disorganised. The food was pretty awful too. The main dining room was much better but again the food was only average, and trying to get a drink was a joke.
Onboard Activities

There was hardly anything to do unless you went in the pools or learned to dance. We ended up playing cards most of the time. Boring ship.

The room steward was excellent, very friendly and kept the room very nice. All the other staff looked grumpy as though they didn’t want to be there. The service in the bars were terrible, quite often we could wait 20 mins for our drinks.

The ship was very nicely decorated and kept clean.
Cabin / Stateroom

The cabin size was good, bed very comfy. The bathroom was ok but the shower screen leaked. The balcony was a good size. The hairdryer was difficult to use because the cord was too short. The room was kept very clean.
We got into port really late and didn’t get off the ship till 6pm. We made our own way to see the monkeys and only just made it before it closed. Only saw a few monkeys cause they’d already gone to bed.
I was on the preziosa a week ago. There was always a spot in the buffet, all though the ship was sailing at capacity and the food was delicious! There were all sorts of things to do, like a F1 simulator, a 4d cinema, pools, a waterslide and many other activities! The staff was extremely welcoming, and we didn't really have any problems.
We were on the same Cruise. It was a wonderful trip, everybody happy. No one complaining in the reception. The staff was wonderful. Thank you MSC Preziosa for a wonderful Cruise
Sounds like low crew morale, sometimes you catch a lack luster crew that's many are getting ready to go home after a long contract (they are always tired and miserable). MSC is usually really good, although it caters more to Europeans, and some don't like that.
