Review summary

From our 34 cruises, this was one of the worst, realy. When you pay for Yacht Club , you hope you will get a better service than in the Fantastica-class, not a worst one. We had in all other cruises a better service, a better quality and selection of foods, drinks and meals, and this had been fantastica-Class, not Yacht Club. It was realy a Yacht Club Experience, but a bad Experience. Not recommended, save the money, please.

We hoped, in the high expensive price for Yacht Club is a fast Check in. Nothing! We had to wait, because the Butler want to go with the just arrived passengers. So we wait 15 min till other guests were arrived. Last we were a group of 12 people and had to carry our luggage ourselves

The meals in the Yacht Club Restaurant La Palmeria had been very bad, terrible, no quality, no dressings, no decoration, water only a half of glas, not a bottle. Everything you had to order. It was terrible, more bad than in the mean Restaurant. And the Afternoon-Tea: a fake, not a afternoon-Tea like it is called. Very bad. I prefere to breakfast in the Piazza, there I had more selection and netter quality !

The shows were very good with a lot of performers, dancers, singers. Amazing !

Service and Staff

The waiters in the Yacht Club Restaurant had been more worse than in the mean Restaurant. Also the room stewardess was not so good, not very clean in the Yacht Club Area .

The ship Design and cleanliness in the ship (without the Yacht Club Area) was realy okay and amazing.

Cabin / Stateroom

This was not a Suite!!! It is a normaly balcony cabin, 2,6 m bright. The same Furniture and equipment as in balcony cabins, not more!

Ship tip

Don't pay or book the Yacht Club !You will be Disappointed and angry

We did not wait for a butler, because we had to wait more than 15 min. Therefore we checked out ourself in 5 min.
