Big, beautiful ship leaving out of Brooklyn port. Clean and looks very new still. Rooms are clean and plenty of places to buy and spend money. The dining room stays open late with pizza, ice cream and small offerings at night. Nothing else but room service for the rest of the night.

Keep an eye on your bill, we had additional charges added that we had already paid via the travel agent. They removed them after being asked but could have easily been missed.

In the buffet go to the back of the ship and there's nice outdoor seating.

if you're a frequent cruiser, msc probably isn't for you. good overall bargain for the price but no comparison to any of the other lines minus carnival

bring earplugs. Don't get the Thermal Spa package, if you do, bring your own shoes. area unsanitary.

Get to know the layout of the ship on your 1st-2nd day, as this will help you save time later on. Be ON TIME for the muster drill! It literally takes 5-10 minutes to watch the safety video & make the confirmation call from our room, and once you do that you head to your muster station(s) to have your card scanned & done! There's no reason to drag this out, wasting precious cruise time...just saying.

MSC should incorporate an amateur night when some of the talented ship staff gets an opportunity to perform as I engaged with many talented singers, comedians like Dennis and Joel, musicians etc. It would be a great morale booster for the staff and the staff would enjoy being entertained by their service staff. Please do amateur night auditions your service staff may sueprise you..i
