Review summary

had problems from day one and it was never fixed. the door handle didn't always work. tried to tell me i wasn't doing it correctly. the hot water took about 20 minutes to get hot. was told i wasn't waiting long enough. i was not happy. they weren't customer friendly.

had trouble with the hot water never got fixed. had to get up 30 minutes earlier because it took about 20 minutes to get hot water. the room steward said i wasn't waiting long enough. she tried and it took her about 15 minutes to get hot.

Thanks for your review. None of the MSC ships have refrigerators. Matter of fact many cruise ships and hotels don't have refrigerators. They are beverage coolers. Not designed for frozen or really cold foods. They don't get cold enough. Maybe about 50 degrees according to my testing. If they are locked ask them to open it. If it's full of drinks/snacks you don't want, ask them to remove everything. What I've determined is the fact all MSC ships are not the same, in food, and service. Try a different region in the world.
