we made the best of what we had. bummed out that we couldn't use balcony that we payed extra for trip. i wish we had a better 36 year anniversary. very disappointed

we paid for a balcony that we couldn't use, because of ship maintenance was scraping and painting. that was not good. we should have gotten a discount on price. we was looking forward to relax. all we heard was scraping and banging. not happy. this was our anniversary of 36 years married.
