The Yacht Club made the cruise experience exceptional.. The ship was beautiful, clean and the staff was very pleasant, friendly an helpful to all we met and observed. We are frequent cruisers of many cruiselines so when I say MSC was a great experience especially from Yacht Club we do so from some experience. The Mergavilla may not be for those who don't like megadships. The entertainment was top notch. If you like to dance. However, it was difficult getting a seat in the Meraviglia Lounge and timing the music dancing venue you like around the shows. You were also unable to know which group would be playing unless it was specifically listed. There is a lot to do.

On a scale of one to 10 I give the MSC cruise line a solid 8.75! I think the website could be more user-friendly. But once on the ship, I would give it a solid 9! The entertainment was top-notch. The food was good. The pizza was excellent at the buffet chocolate shop. The prices in the MSC shop are very good they’re reasonable they had nice MSC jackets for only $26, you can buy sets for less priced than you on the outside, the arts and crafts on sea days do not incur an extra charge and of course the staff are very friendly. I had no major issues the entire 12 days of my cruise and yes I absolutely would sell with MSC out of Brooklyn again. 🤗

I loved this cruise and ship!! I highly recommend anyone who wants to get the best for their money. I booked three more on MSC soon.

This was a fantastic vacation, but it was a fantastic vacation despite MSC rather than because of them. Everywhere we turned around there were inconveniences - service charges that were incorrect or needed removing, sudden changes to our packages we'd pre-purchased (for instance, being moved from Any Time Dining to a 5PM(!!) dining time), or things just not working the way they were supposed to. I think the moment MSC lost me was when, due to an unexpected extra day in Costa Maya rather than Ocean Cay, I found I needed more cash than I had planned ahead of time. Upon finding the ship had no ATM's (or rather than they specifically disabled them, as I found out on disembarkation) I had to go to guest services and was told there was a 5% fee for any cash advances. I asked them to waive this and the woman looked at me like I was insane and asked me why on earth they would do that. I did not get the fee waived. It seems bizarre to me to insult a guest who has just spent thousands over a three dollar service charge fee, but that's just the kind of cruise this was - a thousand small inconveniences. Overall, I do not regret the vacation AT ALL - we had exactly what we wanted to get, a very relaxing week away from home, work, and life. We had some absolutely magical experiences at port, particularly in Jamaica. We wanted to try MSC because we've been slowly trying all the cruise lines, and I'm glad we did, but we will never be cruising MSC again. I suppose you can't try all the cruise lines without having a last place, and now we know. Not a regret, but an interesting retrospect.

Loved every moment of this cruise. It was very relaxing and fun. Definitely will cruise with MSC again .

I adore this ship and crew. This voyage was a little quieter than previous voyages, but with Omicron surging, it's the best we could have asked for. Thank you Antonio in the Casino, Chester and Maharta in Waves. (Feel better Chester)

This was our 15th cruise and first time in MSC. We really had an awesome time. Staff was very friendly. Shows were amazing. Ship so beautiful.

Beautiful ship, great staff. Their shoreside customer service is a NIGHTMARE, all the stress they put me through pre cruise melted away once I got onboard. People complained about the food, I enjoyed it all!

MSC Meraviglia is a stunningly beautiful ship with a wonderfully inviting staff. Looking forward to my next sailing on Meraviglia.

Overall not a bad cruise for the less than $1K we spent for it but the extra onboard costs can make it frustrating. Good for those on a budget.

This is, by far, the best cruise experience we’ve ever had. The service was wonderful, the ship was beautiful, and the Specially Dining was amazing! I’m already booked for another.

Unbelievable! As first time ever in a suite. I don’t think we can go back. The food, service, accommodations were top notch.

Just getting off this amazing and beautiful ship! Was it perfect? No, but we made the best of it. We missed Ocean Cay. 😞 they refunded all excursions and some port fees. The 1st broadway theater show was cancelled due to technical difficulties all the others show’s were okay. (My husband and I preferred Divina entertainment team) Our favorite show was the last one called “One more day” it was their version of Broadway classic. Very well done. We stayed in a fantástica Oceanview Family suite that sleeps 6 people. It was nice to have 2 bathrooms. Our cabin steward Lester was awesome! They don’t offer washcloth so you have to ask for them. He made sure we had what we needed whenever I left a note for him. He greeted us every morning and took time to ask us about our shore days. Room service messed up twice and never delivered our items. He noticed it and complain for us. I never said a word about it. Manager called us to apologize and sent champagne and sweets. Nice touch! We purchased the Aurea Spa couples package ($425) which included a thermal spa for the week with a 50 minute Bali massage and facial. They gave us robes as well to use. The spa came in really handy on sea days and the cancel port to OC. This spa is a lot bigger than Divina. Well worth it. I just wished I booked it online before we sailed. Online cost $330. We dined in Panorama 6pm. Our waiter Hichael was fantastic. He greeted us by name and knew our drink orders and special needs, likes and dislikes. He made suggestions based off that. We totally enjoy the food, at times couldn’t eat all the food as we definitely over indulge. 😝 I’ll post pictures. **Buffet Pro tip** walk all the way to the back. It is quite and you can always find a table. We sat outside everyday we went. We also went to Waves for breakfast one day. We really enjoyed the quick service. Opens 7:30 -9:30 am. We didn’t do any specialty dining venues but it all looked really good. Next time. We booked all of our excursion on our own. We did Blue Hole in Jamaica 🇯🇲, Stingray City in Grand Cayman, Dolphin swim in Cozumel. My family participated in trivia, soccer tournaments, white party, silent disco, movies on deck, aqua park, night clubs, dance classes and master chef at sea!! We embraced it all and had a blast because we are blessed to experience a holiday like this. Saddest part is going home and having to cook and clean for myself. I hope this review helps. Overall was good , my main dining was good and the service was great. The only thing I was a little disappointed was my dining time was late and we ask for early. The cabin staff was very nice and friendly too.

This was our first non Carnival cruise (we have only sailed Carnival in the past). MSC has the making of being an excellent cruise line, but there are a few things that could be improved on. For example, booking shows, being able to order water to our room (not even an option at the moment), you can't bring outside drinks (sodas, wine, etc like you can with Carnival), booking specialty restaurants (that was a whole other can of worms..). But the service of the staff was excellent and all were professional and willing to help you in any way.

Overall a fantastic first experience w/ MSC, would definitely sail with them again in the near future. Cheap and affordable cruises with good comfort and value for money!

We really enjoyed our cruise, and would definitely sail on this ship again. We got the 5 specialty restaurants dining package, and it was totally worth it, all the specialty restaurants were very good. Our biggest complaint with the restaurants is that we expected more Italian red wines by the glass, such as Chianti or Montepulciano for example, but they were available by the bottle only. The Champagne Bar was great, I think we ended up there pretty much every day of our cruise. Also were pleasantly surprised by The Pub, they had Chimay, which is the first time I've seen a Trappist beer on a cruise ship. We also really enjoyed the shows, I read that MSC shows are not as good as on other lines, but I disagree, at least for this ship. "Houdini", one of the circus shows, was my favorite. We also did a bit of shopping on board, the clothing store had some Italian designer brands, and everything was significantly discounted.

Decent cruise for the money. Got to see NYC & Bermuda, so I am very satisfied ! Affordable for a balcony , drink package, and internet . Would cruise again with MSC to their private island on a 3 or 4 day .
