Decent cruise for the money. Got to see NYC & Bermuda, so I am very satisfied !
Affordable for a balcony , drink package, and internet .
Would cruise again with MSC to their private island on a 3 or 4 day .

Check-in was 1230pm and did not get on the ship until 230pm. Endless lines, however, staff did direct passengers and were effectively guiding us.
A large group of cruisers were rude pushy and did not recognize personal space. No fault of the cruise line.

It's relatively true what they say about the food. It is lacking in most venues.
The MDR tasted like school cafeteria food and not many good choices
The buffet was decent, but nothing I really looked forward to except their hashbrown patties & chocolate croissants at breakfast

The main pool was pretty cold so I didn't spend much time in it. . I liked the layout of it them and the Indoor pool ..
My son enjoyed the ropes obstacle course.

Room Steward was efficient and did an awesome job cleaning the room ..however he could have been a little more friendly. It might have been a language barrier?.although smiles are always understood.
No one except Spa Services really wowed me regarding service on this ship.

Modern sophisticated and classy ship.
However, the tiled floors were slippery. I know I was nervous walking on them at times and an elderly man fell and severely injured himself. Staff had no clear direction on how to proceed after it occurred.

Thanks for your review! I'm sounding like a broken record, but try MSC outside the USA. The North American clientele turned MSC in the Americas into a different cruise line because they complained about the food, entertainment, different language announcements, etc so MSC tried to change things and destroyed their signature European cruise style that the USA passengers hated, now we're stuck with crappy food, crappy guests and unfriendly staff.
