I want to give a shout out to 3 individuals in the dinning room who ensured every dinner I had in that dining room was superb. They are George, the maitre'd who was just amazing as well as John from Las Vegas and my waiter, Romano Nadonza. All worked together to ensure my dinners were nothing short of fantastic.

Nice ship and crew. The entertainment was stellar.

Original ports were canceled due to weather, but the company did not offer any onboard reimbursement and did not let you add anything in after the itinerary had changed. Company would say things were complementary and then they were added to our bill afterwards and they told us to call corporate once our trip was done. You got what you paid for for the price of this cruise, but my partner and I will never again be traveling with the MSC line

I enjoyed the relaxing trip. It was a shame we were rerouted but I appreciate MSC caring enough to do what is best! The food alone will keep me from booking with MSC again but I appreciate that I hear they are always working on improving this!

Overall our experience was positive even though we didn't go to our original ports. We found out the night before that we would be traveling north instead of south due to weather. Half of the bookings were cancelled by other passengers which made our cruise less crowded. I think that if the ship was at full capacity we may not have had as good of a time as we did.

If you dont need to address any issue or have an unexpected problem, you will have a great experience, IF YOU WANT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, GO ELSEWHERE.

Overall we enjoyed our cruise. It was in December so it’s not too surprising we caught some stormy weather. I was disappointed that MSC charged extra fees for many things that I think should have been included such as activities or drinks (I understand alcohol is different but coffee and juice throughout the day would have been nice).

This was our first and only cruise. MSC cruise food in the buffet is very disgusting!! Not even a dog would eat that food that was prepared. However, the formal dining food was edible but the portion was very small. Some staff members were very warm while others treated us as if we don't matter. I must give them credit for keeping a very clean ship. It was spotless!! They don't notify you that if you eat or drink from the mini bar you will be charged, thank God hubby and I are not gluttonous and we only had a water from there. They don't allow you to bring any irons, curling irons, flat irons etc. They provide laundry service instead of providing a area for customers to iron. We had to use their ironing service because hubby clothing needed to be ironed. It was a big mistake because the pants had two seams and they were still wrinkles in the clothing!! BIG waste of money!!

I had a Wonderful Time on MSC Cruise. I'm plan doing cruise with MSC again.

MSC Meraviglia, Nov 27, 2023 - it was a nice cruise.

For the dining time there was a long line to get in. There were two long lines for dinner, if you were in the wrong side, you were pointed to the other side. We're let to our assigned table and the number could not be found, we followed the cruise staff in circles trying to find our table. The soup was served cold, the food choice was terrible.

We enjoyed this trip very much. and will do it again.

This is paradise. Cruise is slightly going down. I am third time on the same ship and diversity of food less than it was on the beginning of the year, I also don't like that the booking application don't let you choose the dinning time. You always need make the request on the ship for this. On the thermal SPA area a lot of staff are doing treatment, and it makes overcrowd that area It would be good to gave the staff separate time early in the morning or late in the evening... One ceramic bed on treatment area was broken a while ago and still not fixed, These small things make cruise go down. Entertaiment, decoration are beautiful,

Sailed with MSC in Europe on smaller ships. Seems as if MSC is trying to figure out how to do bigger ships (i.e. more passengers) but failing in the food area. Excel in entertainment, ship design, activities though.

The cruise was supposed to go to Bermuda. I get it. Itinerary can change, but we found out at check in. They claim due to weather. Weather was bad going to the boring alternative of Port Canaveral and Nassau. Service was terrible. Staff was rude and inattentive. Food was mediocre. MDR was the worst service and food was cold. Cruise crew was nowhere to be found accept for nightly entertainment. Guest services gave me attitude because I asked to open the mini bar. Had balcony, couldn't use it due to weather. They nickeled and dime you for every penny. Lack in communication and instructions... highlight was the Butcher Cut steakhouse, that unpaid for. Service and food was great. Paid for Carousel shows, claimed you get cocktail/ drink of choice. They gave us no choice, but just handed us ready drinks. Many people on the ship was very disappointed and stated they will never use MSC again. I definitely will not, and I've gone on at least 15 cruises.

Only reason we use MSC is for their private island in the Bahamas so we decided to give them a shot for Bermuda what a mistake that was, never again! Oh and we’ve been trying to reach customer service about our experience and guess what…..crickets

It's a great ship. Staff is friendly but overworked. Customer service line is very long. Management needs to improve organization and logistics.

I am an experienced cruiser. I would definitely go with MSC again
