Review summary

Overall we felt this cruise was average. We’ve been on more than 5 cruises and we feel it would’ve been better had we more time on the island and less time on the boat but the ship needs to make money that way. The clientele onboard was the downside to the cruise. Although it was a family cruise, the passengers were dressed like slobs, very gluttonous and wasting food like crazy and many people didn’t even have manners, letting their kids run past people with hot drinks or food. It was so annoying, even the cruise ship entertainment director made a few jokes about people’s kids being a bit too much on the ship without their parents enforcing any rules or containing them in any way.

Embarkation

Kinda swift, but not enough directions from staff

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Main dining and complimentary restaurants were great, the buffet was average but a bit chaotic.

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
Bingo, raffles, Aquapark, 4D cinema, adult pool

Entertainment

3 out of 5
Average shows, some better than others

Children's Programs

No kids on trip

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Friendly staff, catered to our needs

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
The design and layout were nice, just needed more places to put garbage instead of leaving it wherever you wanted

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
Booking from we were told we could pick the room but we didn’t get to pick it and the room was very noisy with ship noises throughout the night. Cleanliness was good except maybe the shower could’ve used some bleach to get rid of a smell.

Ship tip

It’s an average cruise, nothing great like some others I’ve been on

Ports of call

Brooklyn, New York

3 out of 5
I live in NY so I think nothing great of the port

Royal Naval Dockyard, West End, Bermuda

3 out of 5
It was ok, we know the other port was nicer but because the ship was too big we couldn’t stay in the Hamilton port

Disembarkation

3 out of 5
Somewhat organized
