Had slip and fall accident while onboard the ship wet spot on floor by portable bar. Tested positive for Covid 19 after cruise was tested on Monday 05/22/2023

Overall, we enjoyed this cruise very much and we would do it again. It was a very pleasant first experience on MSC.

Very Happy with MSC, we will def cruise with them again. I only had 1 complaint and that was, as a diabetic there were hardly any sugar free option on board, I did go buy my own sugar free coffee syrup in port one day. But what they have on board is extremely limited. Other than that everything was amazing.

A good cruise for the price. Check out different areas to find the one you like best. If I book again, I will skip the MDR and eat at specialty restaurants or the buffet.

Had a wonderful time. Food, entertainment and drinks were great. Personnel that worked on ship were awsome.

But we like to go back on this cruise again with best deals.

The boat is beautiful and the staff is friendly. The itinerary was great and offered a few awesome adventures. Food was lackluster but activities made up for it. Overall the cruise was worth the price but was far from blowing our minds.

Wen I asked Sheila Dimano at guest services to either provide me with a couch or chair, or a different cabin, she offered to downgrade me to a lesser cabin. Two days later, I got a call from someone who said that I was given the correct cabin. I tried to explain that it was the correct cabin number, but the cabin was not as it was described when I booked it. I got no response to that.

Cruise are budget friendly. Beautiful ship. Love it when someone is doing the survey asking us is we have any issue on the buffet. It means they care about the passenger.

It was an enjoyable experience. The shows were good. The food needs improvement. The service was excellent. The service was excellent. Our waiter, Bora, was excellent. The waiter assistant, Quyncy was excellent. Our room stewards, Jason Rodriquez was excellent. The stretch instructor at the fitness center, Suraj, was excellent. The masseuse at the spa, Jenny, was excellent. The disembarkation was terrible, it took two and half hours. The embarkation was easy and quick. There were not enough bathrooms in the common area. The cabin needs a chair with a back for comfort.

MSC blew me away! I will cruise with them again. My husband and I had an amazing time. Everyone on the cruise works hard to make sure we are all happy. I loved how the crew made us feel special and the fact that the Director and activities manager participate in the event. They due make you feel like you are part of the MSC family. I love how MSC takes good care of Ocean Cay! No straws and avoids the use of unnecessary plastic. They recycle on the beach!

Management is rude, total chaos with my cabana rental, specialty dining ok(2 of 3), staff is not knowledgeable and could not answer questions

We have fantastic 7 days break. Different shows each days, additional shows, fitness and aerobic classes, diversity of food - everything make us smile and rest

We had a great time on our first cruise and will definitely cruise again but I will likely try a different cruise line. MSC is good but they are a European company and the food options reflected that. Our family tends to eat more traditional american fare so the food choices for us were limited we ate in the buffet for every meal

overall a good trip and a great deal. It is one I would do again as it was very relaxing and I am someone who doesn’t always relax on vacations. Staff was polite, ship was clean and gorgeous and there were some activities. Ocean Cay was the highlight for sure and I’m not even a beach lover. It was just that impressive

It seem like MSC only gets better and better the food the staff and the entertainment keep on Curising.

Really nice ship and great crew. Food good. Great for families. And they still offer solo sailing options other lines don't. However, some MSC rules were silly to stupid and need to be re-thought.

The cruise the almost perfect. The only complaint is that we thought we would get 4 beds for 4 people but since one of our kids is 3 they only gave us 3 beds.
