Review summary

This is our 1st and last MSC Cruise EVER!!!! And would never recommend it!!

Embarkation

5 out of 5
Stood in line on a sidewalk in the cold for 3+ hrs. No place to sit

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

1 out of 5
Disorganized and very crowded

Onboard Activities

1 out of 5
What activities?? If you're a kid there was plenty to do. Not for seniors.

Entertainment

4 out of 5
Shows were ok but the crowd control was very poor

Children's Programs

At 75 yrs old I do not fit that category, duh!

Service and Staff

2 out of 5
Our room steward was good, many crew members were rude and didn't want to bother with us.

Ship Quality

2 out of 5
Many dangerous wet floors near the elevators.

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
Upon entering our cabin it was obviously not cleaned yet with debris on the floor. Our cabin steward did tend to it after we complained twice.

Ship tip

DON'T

Ports of call

Port Canaveral, Florida

4 out of 5
Seemed very disorganized at the MSC embarking

Cozumel, Mexico

3 out of 5
Poured rain. Started to disembark but after getting soaking wet, got back on. Crew rude about allowing us back on.

Belize City, Belize

3 out of 5
Same situation with rain

Costa Maya (Mahahual), Mexico

4 out of 5
Nice but small port.

Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve, Bahamas

2 out of 5
Nice island but little to do. Food was cold, crowded and disorganized at buffet

Disembarkation

3 out of 5
Seemed like there was too many people being called at a time which created a roadblock. The terminal was horribly crowded and passengers were irate and staff was unable to control the crowd.
