Budget price = budget cruise. Kids were bored. Food was really not good. Sorry but it's true.

Overall we had a wonderful time despite the many changes and not getting the $50 onboard credit we were told we would get.

I read not so great reviews before our trip. We decided that we make our own experience and usually enjoy our adventures. It was great with the exception of food and availability of onboard activities. We may try MSC again but probably not the Magnifica. It's a shame since it's such a beautiful ship. I would rethink menus and entertainment. The things we wanted to see were always scheduled at the same time....dinner, show and lounge activities.

This was my first cruise and i won't take another one; not really my style of travel.

No special treatment for suite guests. I think that’s terrible. Old ship but well maintained. No mold or mildew smell. Front desk service was amazing. Spa - had the worst massage of my life. Literally got up and left halfway through. I was given a refund for half but missed out on that experience with my husband. They didn’t offer to redo it for us both. No sun so we didn’t have the best time because that is what we went for.

Walked right on board. Took Miami Trolley to port from Brickell Metrorail Station, FREE !!! Visited Mel Fishers Treasure Museum steps away from dock in Key West. Really enjoyed Key West,beautiful sunset. Next day at Ocean Cay rented jet ski ,great guides,so much fun !

Overall a decent cruise if the fare price is nice.

There should be an option for the DJ to take requests. Karaoke should be where the guests can actually perform. The food has got to be more seasoned.

A life changing experience that made me realized I don’t want to do this anytime soon.

Very Great experience . at MSC Magnifica,food was great, very clean, staff at all level were helpfull,it was they took care of vegeterian food for us during lunch & dinner at Quattro Restaurant.Mr. Mehta & his associates arranged for us (3 couples) Indian Vegeterian food, feel like home away from home. Thanks

Even though the weather was not good we had a great experience.

I don't really have too much to say about this ship only that the app layout was confusing & the buffet of the ship was awful

I've been on a quite a few cruises, two other MSC cruises included. This by far was the worst cruise experience I have had. Food flavorless and even the specialty restaurants or not that much different than the buffets. There were all sorts of catches to everything.

Overall, a good cruise. The only downside was that we were assured by the booking agent that the drinks package and Wi-Fi were included in our booking. But it turned out that it was not. So, we had to pay a fairly large amount to get this added. Please confirm with the cruise line on what is included in your ticket ahead of time so there are no last-minute surprises.

This cruise was the perfect weekend get away, every moment was filled with an activity if you chose to partake or you could just relax.

Overall, I was not as satisfied as I thought I would be with it being my first cruise. I will look for other higher class MSC cruises in the future but hesitant to rebook at the moment. I appreciate all the hard work from the employees. I wish the food tastes better and the top deck was nicer.
