Embarkation was good. Person was being trained so it took a little longer than everyone else. But not bad.

Food sucked. MDR was horrible the pizza had good flavor but was soggy.

The theater had acts that could have just been performing in one of the bars. Left in the middle of the show.

Service and Staff

Waiter in MDR no personality. Guest services was incompetent. Put cash on my card to pay off balance and instead the took my card off. They ended up putting a total of 3 holds on my CC maxing it out and had to clear the balance with my debit card in order to get off the boat.

Ship Quality

Ship was beautiful. They used some type of cleaning product around though that had an unpleasant smell almost like motor oil.

Cabin / Stateroom

Nice cabin. Could not get to the balcony at night without walking over the kids on the pull out.

Ship tip

Use cash on your account. And have low expectations.

Key West, Florida

Love Key West. However, you have to carry your documents with you off the ship. My daughter didn't have a passport so I had to carry her birth certificate on the streets of Key West.

The beach was rocky but expected it. The cabana was amazing.

Found out as we were about to exit the ship we had to clear up our account because they maxed out our card with holds.
