A life changing experience that made me realized I don’t want to do this anytime soon.
Embarkation
3 out of 5
It wasn’t anything special (nothing to compare it to)
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
3 out of 5
The food was not very good and nothing tasted fresh. They did a lot of food recycling which I can understand but majority of the food seemed like they just bought frozen food.
Onboard Activities
2 out of 5
What activities? I got my gel polish removed and found the gym on the 1st day. I didn’t see Rock Climbing. The part that made me review low was the Arts & Crafts, it was cheap and felt even cheaper. The lady hosting required that you had to be an adult and asked us in a very patronizing way. I was in the area for roughly 30 minutes and saw her turn away moms with kids. I really was displeased (still am) because we were stuck on board and the moms were just trying to entertain their kids away from technology.
Entertainment
5 out of 5
When I walked by, the piano playing and singing sounded great 👍🏽
Service and Staff
3 out of 5
Some staff were kind, other staff were not. I think one area that could be improved is the ice cream area. The service was always poor there.
Ship Quality
2 out of 5
I didn’t feel as though the ship was maintained at all. There were definitely areas that could be deep cleaned. I’m not sure if my opinion is based on the age of the ship but it definitely looked well-loved.
Cabin / Stateroom
2 out of 5
Comfort 2/5 (the bed was two cots that actually were obvious when you roll to the middle of the bed) The bed sheet was just a flat sheet.
The size was reasonable for the price we paid.
The 1st day on board, we were told to leave so that the room could be cleaned. Imagine our surprise when we came back and it look exactly the same. The floor had all the same crumbs/ dirt on it. The cabin looked completely the same including bedding. It really was annoying because we were tired at that point and would have loved to relax in the room.
