"Our first-time experience on the MSC Magnifica cruise was truly fantastic. The food, whether at the buffet or L'Edera restaurant assigned to us, was delicious. Marie, Rolly, Jorelle, and Efendi provided exceptional service in the dining area, truly spoiling us. Carlo and Winnie at the Tiger Bar were also wonderful; Carlo's cocktail drinks were delightful. Thanks to Rainier Alando for capturing beautiful photos, and Jason, the lifeguard, for his excellent service at the swimming pool. We were pleasantly surprised by the beauty and cleanliness of our room, thanks to an unexpected upgrade. Many thanks to our cabin steward cleaner, Arief Budiman, who diligently cleaned our room both in the morning and afternoon. Our stay on the MSC Magnifica and the overall experience will be unforgettable. We've already shared our positive experience with family and friends, and they are now considering booking a cruise with MSC. Thank you to everyone at MSC Magnifica cruise!"

Carlo was amazing!!! So sad he won't be on the ship when I return in April. There were tons of crew that really stood out to me on this ship, usually you find 1 or 2 but to find such a handful is amazing! Happy you enjoyed!
