Review summary

Poor weather (not msc responsible) bad week. My wife and I are both over 75 yrs old, have used cheapcaribbean in the past, very, very, disappointed with lack of integrity on their part! STRONGLY recommend consumers not to use them for reservations in the future!

Always book with a travel agent or directly with the cruise line. 3rd party sites are enticing because they offer additional "perks" but they hang you out to dry if there's an issue. Travel agents handle anything that comes up before/during your travels so you are able to enjoy your vacation. Not all of them charge extra fees, they are based on commission from the tour operators/cruise lines, etc. Hoping your next travel is a better experience.
