It was our worst cruising experience ever. We were made to feel like we were not welcome, anywhere. Crew was not properly trained and couldn't care less if the passengers were happy. There was almost zero activities and Gene, the cruise director has no business desling wit people.

We sailed with 28% of passengers, this was incredible we didn't wait for anything anytime of the day.

Needed more activity’s and a better selection of food

Beautiful ship. Food was bland. Hard to find deck chairs in shade.

This was the first cruise out of Port Canaveral in 2021. The crew was still learning where everything was located. So they sometimes gave out incorrect directions. We had almost as many crew as we did passengers.

The cruise it self was good food and service great communcations were very bad. changed our rooms were not told until after we got on the ship. Time for hair appointment, location were to meet to get off ship. Issues with on board credit or credit back to credit card.

Our cruise was very interesting as it was the last cruise out of Miami before the ships all suspended operations. All of our original ports were cancelled so each day was an adventure in uncertainty. The ship was only at 40% capacity so the service was top notch!

After much anxiety from reading negative reviews, we ending up having a great cruise. The cabin was comfortable, the food was okay, and the crew was nice. We could complain about the things we didn’t like, but we chose instead to like what we enjoyed. We took advantage of the many amenities on the ship and thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. This review is written for everyone who is skeptical after reading negative reviews. If you’ve already booked, then go enjoy your cruise. If you haven’t booked, then shop around, especially if you have experience with other cruise lines to compare.

Was fine nothing special awful food will not return

I wouldn't mischaracterize this review as 'bad' or 'average'. It was a difficult time for everyone as most ships had already stopped cruising and our itinerary was completely changed at no fault of the MSC cruise lines or the employees! We thoroughly enjoy cruising on MSC and look forward to many more... in fact we are scheduled for the Grandiosa in August 2020, but not sure if it will sail!

I would absolutely cruise on MSC Divina again. Although my first choice would be to sail on one of their newer ships, MSC is a great cruiseline. Very family-friendly. We put down a Future Cruise Deposit and will hopefully sail with them again in the next 2 years. The food was good, service was friendly, and our itinerary was great! Communication between the cruiseline and us guests was great. We were always informed of changes as they happened.

We did following ports: Willemstad-Curacao, Oranjestad -Aruba, Georgetown-G.Cayman, Cozumel-Mexico(instead of Ocho Rios-Jamaica), and missed MSC Ocean Cay regarding windy weather :(((((

Can't wait to travel with MSC again. Our Cheap Caribbean travel agent Vanessa was awesome and very helpful as well.

Yacht Club is the upper level of the ship and we didn’t board until the 16th overall group on the ship which left a bad “taste” with us.

We enjoyed our cruise as expected, and would sail with MSC again

Overall we had a great time. Your vacation will be what you make of it and focus on. Are there things we didn’t like? Yes but it’s a matter of personal opinion and comparison between other ships. None the less we rested, had fun, partied and danced everyday and ate way too much.

There's some glitch but we didn't stop at any of the ports listed above. This was a short 3 night cruise. Our stops were Freeport and The Ocean Reserve. Freeport was fun. No excursions. We just visited the strawmarket. Friendly, non-pushy venders. Their island is very nice. Still needs some time for the foliage to "grow in". I like to walk barefoot on beaches but there's to many rocks in the sand. Lots of bars but the bar service is very very poor. Not rude but just inattentive. They weren't even that busy but just in no hurry to serve you. I found this true onboard as well.
