Review summary

The cruise it self was good food and service great communcations were very bad. changed our rooms were not told until after we got on the ship. Time for hair appointment, location were to meet to get off ship. Issues with on board credit or credit back to credit card.

Had dinner at the Butchers Cut the first night food and service was great. My grandaughter wanted sushi they gave her the menu for sushi and went and got her order for her.

room is standard for a ship with a balcony had an connecting room with our daughter and grandughter.

did not get off the ship daughter and grandaughter made a hair appointment was told it would take about an hour. We were planning on getting off the ship around 12:30 my grandughter was done about 1hr 15 mins they were both service at the same time my daughter was over 2 1/2 hrs so we did not have time to get off the ship.

Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve, Bahamas

did jet sking in the morning which I think should have been canceled due to the choppy seas or been given the chance to cancel due to weather, however we went but did not care for it. Spent the rest of the day on the beach in a beach club cabana had lunch which great and afternoon fruit skewers.

info placed in our room night before as always went to the location that was on our paper work to fine only two other people in that location after a 10 min wait and no one else showing went down one floor and got off the ship.

I simply don't understand this cruiseline. I've seen several reviews talking about having their assigned rooms switched on them without notice. Unless they're upgrading me to a suite for free, how does MSC figure this is acceptable? Coupled with the many lackluster food and phone customer service complaints I've read, I'm not inclined to try out this cruiseline anytime soon. I work hard for my money and if I choose to spend it on a cruise, I expect to be treated right!
