Review summary

Our cruise was very interesting as it was the last cruise out of Miami before the ships all suspended operations. All of our original ports were cancelled so each day was an adventure in uncertainty. The ship was only at 40% capacity so the service was top notch!

Embarkation

1 out of 5
We had priority embarkation status and still waited more than two hours in line to check in.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Food was so-so. The pizza was great!

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
Pools were nice. Hot tubs were small. Thermal spa was very disappointing. Limited number of activities to choose from.

Entertainment

1 out of 5
We did not care for the shows at all.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
The staff was fantastic! We have never ever had better service. Friendly, helpful and simply fabulous.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
The Divina is a gorgeous ship. The cleanliness standard were exceptional.

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
Cabin was comfortable. The balcony was a very nice size. The mattress was a bit hard so sleep was not restful. The shower was super tiny.

Ship tip

The shower stall doors move inward making it easier to use the facilities.

Ports of call

San Juan, Puerto Rico Did not visit port

We went to Great Stirrup Caye and not P.R.

Tortola, British Virgin Islands Did not visit port

We went to Cozumel and not Tortola.

Philipsburg, St. Maarten Did not visit port

We went to MSC’s private island and not St. Maarten.

Disembarkation

3 out of 5
Disembarkation was a bit disorganized but moved rather quickly.

We disembarked the day you embarked. We had the same experience on the ship for our 3 night cruise. Embarkation was a breeze, even with health screening in progress.

Sorry it was such a mess with missed ports and etc. But must have been nice not being on a crowed ship.

Hope your next one is better

Would the long embarkation time be because if the additional health screening for coronavirus? If so not the cruise line fault but China's.

Pretty much what we encountered on the Divina - Ship is beautiful - Staff is GREAT - food and entertainment are lacking, but overall an enjoyable cruise. Thank you for taking the time to write a review.
