Smooth and seemless. But it was a bit cluttered around the registration counter and see where it could be a potential trip hazard.

The only downside was it was a bit mass confusion. Some fellow cruisers were pushy and rude. Maybe MSC could streamline the buffet a bit better with obvious directions of where to start and etiquette about not pushing, shoving, cutting...etc. May be out of their hands mostly.
Onboard Activities

Interactive piano bar and comedian would be good. The current piano bar and comedy show was lacking in comparison to Carnivals. We truly enjoyed that on Carnival, though we loved our MSC cruise. Maybe just something that could put some more icing on the MSC cake. =)
Entertainment

The shows in the theatre were OUTSTANDING! Some lip sinking, though when they actually sang it was marvelous! I would suggest no lip sinking and more actual live singing.
Children's Programs
We did not have children traveling with us and was having so much fun we didn't check out the children activities. We do plan to take our grandchildren on an MSC cruise one day though. It's great that children cruise free.

Beyond excellent!!! We made lifelong friends with some crew members. Did not come into contact with one bad worker.

Beautiful! Location was excellent! Balcony was awesome!!! Shower could have been a little larger. We were fine but could see where anyone of size would have an issue.
Ship tip
Go to the pizza, beer and wine bar to meet Gireesha the bar tender and listen to the beautiful vocals and acoustic guitar playing of Mariani. She will be famous one day. And their pizza is great! Also go to the sports bar for wings and spinach artichoke dip. =) It was included...we couldn't believe it. Big plus!
