sadly I don't think I would go back to this ship.

The embarkation experience was terrible . Two hours in line because the system was down. Not food , not drinks because all the vending machine were broken.

Lack of activities for both children and adults , the slide was closed most of the time . Not minigolf, not rock- climbing ,and not kids pool

The service was really good . Very kid and friendly people working on board

Ship tip

This ship it’s not for young people or family with children, because there is nothing to do except go in the pool .

Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve, Bahamas

The cay is beautiful with white sand and blue water, but you have to rent an umbrella, I did not like that .

When you went on Ocean Cay..the umbrella rental do they set the umbrella up for you or you had to do it yourself

We loved the ship. But alot of italians with atitudes . first we had wait until 700 pm to embarq. They tried to take over our chairs. Bathroom duty. Yes very rude. It was good there was security saw the whole. The food is not that great. The best part of the cruise was the micheal jackson show was the best!!!!!!
