Review summary

This is the most bizarre cruise line ever… the food is not very good at all, which is super disappointing. The service was lackluster. There were so many inconsistencies and ordering drinks from the various bars that they were their own signature drinks. The entertainment was truly bizarre. It was just not that enjoyable.

We did it excursion with a cruise line, a snorkeling excursion, and we were made to stay in a little area with a lot of people booked… after that we wanted to go to a different area of the island and we weren’t allowed to because it was closed

I have always enjoyed cruising on MSC this will be my third cruise in November with them. I think MSC's negative reviews might be due to the fact that you're going on a cruise at a discounted rate getting a great deal for your money, but people mistakenly review it as if it's a deluxe suite in a princess cruise It is not. Look at it as a family vacation at a reasonable price or a nice getaway I wish people would stop comparing it too much more expensive cruise vacations apples and oranges

Tbh; I found the food very good on our journey with the Divina. One time I ordered a regular dish from the menu and was not happy with it and they changed it for me and I got the strip steak (which was a standard dish at the menu and available every night) Also at the buffet the Pizza was extremely good. Not with a wide variety of toppings but it really tasted originally Italian style (and I have been to Italy so many times).

You went on this cruise in 2021, and you are just now reviewing it?? Why?? I have also been on the Divina and I disagree with just about everything you say about it. Just because the food is different doesn't make it bad!

People either love or hate MSC. I have taken several cruises with them and have several more booked. I think the food and entertainment are as good as, if not better than Carnival or Royal Caribbean. Different does not mean bad.
