Divina was my first MSC ship and it did not disappoint! I loved that I wasn’t charged a single supplement fee as I was cruising alone and the price was great for a balcony cabin.

I've been on this ship 3 times now, and there's a reason. It's super modern and clean, but also one of the most affordable cruises you can take.

Just got back from our 3-night sailing. WOW! We had such an amazing time. Service was outstanding throughout the ship. The vessel was in great condition. Shows were wonderful. Food was very tasty and offered a good variety. Ocean Cay is stunning. All around a fantastic experience!

Spend your money elsewhere. The ship was clean

This was a game prize and I had low expectations. It was a fantastic 2 days . The ship was so pretty and really loved the jazz with the gorgeous pool and art at the the back of the ship. The private island was terrific and we had really great service.

Miami, Nassau, Ocean Cay. Nothing special. Ocean Cay was basically a desert island with awful food and horrible service.

As with everything, it is what you make of it! All in all it was a fine cruise. Things that MSC could improve upon, Voyagers program, embarkation, and service.

Great getaway. Exotic itinerary. Limited capacity.

The natural beauties of Costa Rica are stunning. Cartagena (Colombia) is a beautiful city, a very pleasant surprise.

Overall we enjoyed the trip. The embarkation, cabin odor and disembarking were awful.

In spite of the post-Covid requirements set by the ports, there was something to do at every stop.

Policies change in mid cruise be prepared. Have insurance I would go on this line again ONLY for the no supplement for single travellers

We enjoy MSC. Food staff and housekeeping are extraordinary, service desk and excursion desk, not so much. We had a couples massage and it was well worth it! Love meeting international friends and the wide range of entertainment at the bars. Theater show we subpar; same thing with bad choreography.

Great trip overall. The boat, staff and entertainment were great. Disappointed that we only got to visit 2 out of the 4 places we originally were supposed to. We were provided a $50 obc credit for missing 1 port but nothing for not visiting Ocean Cays.

I will never go through MSC again! MAJOR disappointment. 2 out of 4 islands. Yes I understand safety first.(Ocean Cay) but not telling anyone in advance about not going to George town. Is not acceptable!

I doubt I will cruses again but I will for sure never cruise with MSC ever again. They seem better for the older more retired crowd.

We really enjoyed the ports of call, unfortunately we went to Belize City instead of Cayman Islands because of Covid. That was the worst port I’ve ever been to, once you leave the shiny shops it’s nothing but poverty.

I have been on the Divina before and I think that if it was this way last time I would not have wasted my money and time on this cruise. We have taken eight cruise since the industry was allowed back. Overall this was the worst.

My family decided to take a cruise for my grandmother's 75th birthday..14 of us scheduled and booked this cruise. My 5 yr old tested a false positive at the rapid test after having been vaccinated and a negative PCR test. We were not allowed to cruise due to covid protocols. Thats co.pletely understandable however we were told we had to quarantine at our own non reimbursable expense. I have been fighting with them for 2 months to get a refund since the event has passed and im currently scheduled to deploy for a year. I cannot believe they actually told me "people deploy all the time and I will be ok" they keep trying to force you to take a voucher they are fully aware you will not be able to use in the time frame allotted. There's no supervisor to speak to, no manager to assist. I had the worst experience without even setting a foot on the boat. I will be informing all friends and family never to cruise with them again. You would do better going with carnival or royal carribean...at least they understand happy customers have an increased probability of returning.
