Great trip overall. The boat, staff and entertainment were great. Disappointed that we only got to visit 2 out of the 4 places we originally were supposed to. We were provided a $50 obc credit for missing 1 port but nothing for not visiting Ocean Cays.

Service in the main dining room was excellent! They went above and beyond. Lunches were amazing and well as breakfast. The dining were ok. A couple of days it was wonderful, but most days just ok.
Onboard Activities

Loved the pool and hot tub. We stuck to a smaller one that the roof would open and close depending on the weather. It had an area with lots of shade. There were different activities throughout the day poolside if you wanted. Fun, silly competitions. Trivia throughout the ship.
Entertainment

The entertainment throughout the ship was excellent! Our (group of 14) favorites were Sonia and Greg at Luna Lounge. They were amazing, played every genre of music. Loved them!
Service and Staff

All staff were great, so happy and cheerful all the time. Of there were some that stood out and went above and beyond. Our room steward Nina. We were on deck 10 room 10089. She was outstanding!! Our wait staff in the main dining rom table 356. The performers were wonderful singers and dancers. The acrobats amazing. Pedro and the entertainment staff excellent. Although all staff were wonderful, some stood out above others. Our bartender and waitress in Luna Lounge Sudiastini Putu Alit (Lita). She was so upbeat, and friendly.
She had your preferred drink poured and ready to go before you realized you needed it! And Sebastien D Souza, he was the absolute best!!
Ship Quality

Common areas were clean and very well maintained. I really enjoyed the layout. Access to the more frequently visited places were easy to access. My only dislike of layout would be guest services. The location was a high traffic area in the evenings with live music and dancing. Which made it difficult to have a conversation with guest services.
Cabin / Stateroom

Our cabin was a good size, loved that the balcony had extra room and it was clean.
I was actually pleasantly surprised. I wasn't expecting to like it as much as I did. We rented jeeps and drove around the island. Visited a local coffee shop, beach it was a great day.
Beautiful place. The vendors in port were deceiving. I expected pushy but did not expect them to trick you. Insisting you accept a gift that you kept refusing, but finally agreed to take only to have them insist on you giving them money. Then they get angry if you don't give them the much too high amount they want. But we took a bus tour to a couple places it is a beautiful place.
Procedure was not too bad. But we settled our room the night before we left. Had a credit on our room and were told by guest services we could cash out or spend on ship. We decided to spend in casino. With the help of an attendant my husband loaded the credit onto his cruise card. Spend it in the casino. When we disembarked the next day I had already done so ahead of my husband. When he tried to leave the ship he was told he could not because there was a balance owing on his card. He had to return to ship and guest services to try and sort the issue. It was a very long line and we didn't have the time to wait as we were to catch a flight. He just paid the balance so he could leave the ship.
Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I had a bad experience on the Divina when she first started sailing out of Miami. But I am seeing more and more good reviews so I may just sail her again. Beautiful ship and destinations.
