Review summary
My family decided to take a cruise for my grandmother's 75th birthday..14 of us scheduled and booked this cruise. My 5 yr old tested a false positive at the rapid test after having been vaccinated and a negative PCR test. We were not allowed to cruise due to covid protocols. Thats co.pletely understandable however we were told we had to quarantine at our own non reimbursable expense. I have been fighting with them for 2 months to get a refund since the event has passed and im currently scheduled to deploy for a year. I cannot believe they actually told me "people deploy all the time and I will be ok" they keep trying to force you to take a voucher they are fully aware you will not be able to use in the time frame allotted. There's no supervisor to speak to, no manager to assist. I had the worst experience without even setting a foot on the boat. I will be informing all friends and family never to cruise with them again. You would do better going with carnival or royal carribean...at least they understand happy customers have an increased probability of returning.Embarkation
