We made the best of this cruise by enjoying the ports and the other cruisers we met onboard. Everyone we spoke to had the same feelings that we did about the food and staff. Almost everyone removed the tips from their cruise.

The ship was beatiful and super clean. The music every where was awesome and the cabin experience the Fastastica was worth it. Will go again however will do a little things different next time like closing our cash account before we get off and do local excurtions next time. The food was not the best average at best was super suprise about this was expection REAL ITALIAN food got average American food.

First cruise last year on Divina was one of our best. This cruise was probably the worst. Know before you go. Check with your travel agent or online sources before you sign up for this one. I hope this was just one of those fluke things and MSC returns Divina to the original splendor we enjoyed.

This was my first MSC Cruise. The price was hard to pass up for 10 days , balcony room, with limited drink package. Ship was gorgeous . Needed more dining room and bar help. Food was better on buffet than dining room. Dining room was way too packed and loud...low ceilings . Entertainment in bars was ok. Not much variety in theater, but talented people

Its a beautiful ship wit a nice crew, good but not stellar food. The smell of sewer gas was all over and unexplained. Our balcony cabin was smaller than on other ships but adequate. The live music was awful and amateurish, and the theater productions were supported by taped music which we found tasteless.

Entertainment could be more varied. Ports of call mediocre. Lack of certain wines.

Heard from others in our group, who were on other MSC ships, that the other ships were much better overall for long cruises.

We ( my cousin and I) had a fabulous time. The staff of the cruise were very friendly and helpful. Our dinner was great. Voltaire our waiter and his assistant were entertaining. Our cabin steward was friendly. Our cabin was always immaculate. The entailment hosts were wonderful. The staff in general were great. Met new friends. Cruise Excursion were great. We were satisfied. 5 stars!!

We knew going into this that Genoa and Marseille are Detroit equivalents but excited for the other ports of call. We were unsure of the MSC cruise line so we tempered our expectation, although we were incredibly satisfied and impressed with their boarding procedures and efficiency. They put Norwegian (our only cruise comparison) to shame. All in all a great trip even with the 2 disappointing ports.

We enjoyed the cruise, excursions with MSC were disappointing, food was nothing special, and not many English speaking cruisers. I won’t take another MCS cruise.

Overall a basic cruise, but not met my expectations as I traveled with 3 small children, 3 grandparents and my spouse and it was just not small kid friendly. If it had just been adults or even just my spouse and I, it would have been better. There was no "down-time" as every day was a new port and no real activities for the little ones.

Ship and suites were tired. Reminiscent of an older Vegas casino. Staff was dour. Only formal dining room people were pleasant and customer oriented. Long lines at reception desk, phone was nver answered. Tour staff was combative. Most tours were a bad value. Poor tour guides, multiple languages on board diminishing information transmitted and little content. The disembarkation for daily tours was a nightmare. Hundreds of people pushing down one stairwell to be bottlenecked by one cruise card scanner before ship exit. A general and irritable cattlecall. All tours returned generally at the same time so onboard procedure was just as bad. Buffet lines consequently backed up with waits. Inside was a zoo. Europeans have a push, shove and no manners culture (at least this group at these prices). It was like taking a Greyhound bus from coast to coast. If price is all that matters, the cruise is ok. Too bad because it is a good itinerary.

Divina is a beautiful ship, and we felt very safe and enjoyed the cruise overall. The captain made good decisions despite adverse weather conditions, and itinerary changes were understandable. It was a shame MSC totally dropped the ball and left a poor impression of their customer service toward guests leaving the cruise. While this was our second cruise on Divina, we would not recommend MSC to our friends or family due to a gaping lack of procedural communication and the arrogance of the reception personnel. THE CRUISES WAS NICE BUT I WOULD REALLY THINK CAREFULLY ABOUT TAKING A CRUISE ON MSC AGAIN. I HAD A COUGH FROM DAY 4 OR 5 FROM MIAMI AND IT KEPT GETTING WORST. BY THE TIME I GOT TO GENOA I HAD A FEVER AND TOOK ANTIBIOTICS AFTER I GOT OFF THE SHIP. aS I AM WRITING THIS SUMMARY I AM MUCH BETTER. DOES THE AIR CONDITIONING ON BOARD THE SHIP CONTIBUTE TO THIS PROBLEM???

We have been on this ship four times now. While some things have changed to economize we still enjoyed the cruise very much. We enjoy the Euopean flavor of the ship. Entertainment is the best I have experienced on a cruise ship

Will never use this cruise line again. Have told many of my friends that cruise NOT to use this line. Ports and experiences off the ship were good. Just what was expected
