Will never use this cruise line again. Have told many of my friends that cruise NOT to use this line. Ports and experiences off the ship were good. Just what was expected

Ship experiences
Food and Dining

All food and meal times are geared to Europeans. Very rude ship staff. Not very helpful at all. Very little English spoken, all directions are I. Foreign languages no English.
Onboard Activities

Pool on deck 15 adult only. Had kids on the deck and pool. Vomit was seen in the pool and reported to the staff. They skimmed it off never closed pool for proper cleaning. Very dirty ship. Plates everywhere.
Entertainment

Service and Staff

If you are a man they will wait on you. Women were not welcome at the bar to order drinks. They often got the drink .orders wrong. No friendly or helpful. Again little English. Considering this was a US port origination they did not impress many Americans we spoke to. There was mold growing off the vent in the bathroom, bedding was ripped, and asked for 1extra bath towel we NEVER received. There was the same spot of food on the cafeteria floor for 6 days straight, I could not stand it anymore so I cleaned it.
Ship Quality

Best thing about this whole ship is the staircase. Stores on board .. Not impressed. Elevators and floors very dirty. Frequent water leaks in cafe and on deck 9.
Cabin / Stateroom
1 out of 5
Room not cleaned until the afternoons. Left our cabin at730 am and room still not cleaned by 1 pm. Night turn down never happened due to the fact that they come in about 10 pm for this service. Next day schedules were shoved under our door between midnight and 2 am. Bathroom floor was dirty for 3 days before it was cleaned.
Ship tip
If you are American or English speaking do not go on this cruise line. I have cruised many years on many different lines. This is the worst!!!!!!!
We sailed the divina in May and had a fabulous time. Service was top knotch, cabin stwerad went above and beyond for my family, food was excellent with plenty of variety, new movie on deck each night ..I just came off the NCL Epic and wasn't impressed with the food in the buffet. Sorry you didn't enjoy.
We sailed the Divina last November and loved the ship... (We’re Brits BTW and found the vast majority of the ship’s activities were in English).... Announcements are made in other languages too but English is definitely the predominant language onboard... It may be different for MSC ships in the Med but to the best of my knowledge the Divina is still sailed out of Miami...
