We will book again with msc! They need to improve on organizing excursions. It was chaotic and confusing as was their debarkation procedures.

Very nice cabin, no kleenex or face cloths in the room. No breeze on your the aft balconies, loved the extra large balcony, but it was hot!
Ship tip
Avoid any excursions through the ship. Long waits, crowded in together. This was by far the biggest negative. Everything ends was really nice, wonderful waiters!
Beautiful place, but msc doesn't tell you that if you choose the hop on hop off, you will wait! We waited over an hour for msc to organize the excursions, then the bus is open air, so dont forget that, it's so hot, but what a wonderful way to see things! However, the bus stops a lot, goes very slow, they will park and then the sellers swarm the bus to sell you things. You could spend 3 hours getting to the destination that msc states is 1 hour. Also, finding the pickup spot was confusing! Next time, we will hire a taxi.
Glad you enjoyed it. I was on the same cruise. The debarkation was the worst I have experienced and was primarily due to the facial recognition systems, being down at the terminal, and a substantial number of international passengers on that sailing.
