Review summary

Very disappointing our table companions were tested positive so we were put in isolation even though we tested negative. Getting meals were difficult, locked in our rooms like criminals, treated with total disrespect. Forced to exit the ship after 7 days. Still waiting for our refund.

Sorry you had such a bad experience. With all of the COVID protocols in place it doesn't make any since to seat you with unknowns. What is MSC thinking. 😎

We were on that same sailing. It's a sad that you had that bad experience. When we went to the MDR we were also given a table with other people that were not traveling with us. I was surprised that MSC would do this during Covid. They were being careful at the terminal with social distancing and even testing everyone, but then they seat you opposite others without masks.

Sorry you had a terrible time. What a opposite treatment you received via those who reviewed covid issues on Princess. Try again after the hysteria dies down.
