Docked late around 4pm, and the main town close at 5pm except for bars and restaurants. Excursion booked had to be cut short to be back on the ship by 3 and they weren't offering partial refunds or credit
Not enough time to enjoy. Docked at 10am and a lot of the excursions started at ten and were 1-5hrs long. They had to be cut short to be back on the ship at 2:30. Again they weren't offering partial refunds or credit for the price people paid for these excursions. They weren't cheap either. There were a lot of people upset.
Organized until you got to the bottom and there was no one there to direct you if your taken rideshares or shuttles or taxis. Everyone was just standing in a crowd looking lost.
Thanks for sharing your cruise experience. Sorry you were disappointed with your cruise. I just read other reviews on the same sailing who had very different experiences than you did. Hope your next vacation will meet your expectations.
Hopefully even if the buffet variety wasn’t great you’d still find something to eat. If your excursions were through the cruiseline they should refund you. If they were with a 3rd party check what cover they offer for missed or late ports, I know we’ve booked with 3rd parties that offer this.
