This was Carnival 50th Birthday cruise there was big promises and little excitement, the staff is overwhelmed with the amount of people onboard.

Disappointed in food. Loved the fortune teller bar. Not enough staff for the amount of people they booked. But still as always a good time on a cruise!!!

Overall we had a great time and could find something for everyone on the ship!

One of the best cruises we've taken. Like the new ship design. Would like to stay in ports longer but can work around that.

Worst cruise ever! We had smokers on balconies below and beside ours which filled our room with some. Steak house ran out of steak but made us pay for it anyways. Someone bagged on our cabin Sun, Tues, Wed. At 3am, 3:40,am 4;25am lost. Waking us up. Security didn’t seem to care. Just said “it’s ok, he was just lost”.

Everything was honestly terrible. You would ask staff where things were and no one could tell you a thing. Long lines for everything from food to bars. THE Bathroom situation is terrible also ALL THE BATHROOMS ARE SMALL IN CABINS. Can barley turn around or get one skinny person in them.The public restrooms are one stall only and are cramped if one persons in there even washing their hands you can’t get another person in there.

Best cruise ever! Great memories! Would definitely recommend it to any one wanting to relax and have a great time!

Overall great time, Great shows, but over populated. Either need more shows at same time or more seating for shows. Maybe broadcast live shows to TV channels in rooms

Disappointed in the ships design and layout. Being the new biggest ship I hoped for me. Decor was plain and average at best. Bathrooms are tiny! Hallways are small.

Mardi Gras is amazing. With over 5000 passengers expect some lines here and there. The staff works hard yet people still complain. Shaq Chicken is a great new place to eat. Was blown away with how much entertainment is onboard. Too much to see. Game changer for Carnival. Interior designs are modern and not typical of any other ship.

Very enjoyable. So many places to eat and drink. The shows were great.

Carnival Mardi Gras is definitely a “fun ship”. There are some needed changes with main dining and shows. But our cabin was great, staff was excellent, drinks were flowing (try the specialty cocktails at Fortune Teller and Alchemy), and the food in the specialty restaurants was good.

Food great,crew great,beautiful ship but to noisy

For us, there are 2 things that make a cruise. One is the staff and second is the food. Both hit home runs. We honestly can't say enough good things. The cruise stops were typical for a Caribbean cruise but we good and we enjoyed them.
