This was Carnival 50th Birthday cruise there was big promises and little excitement, the staff is overwhelmed with the amount of people onboard.

The service was hit and miss onboard, nowhere near the best service that I have had on past cruises

The ship was clean, but hard to get around on, the atrium stage was a great idea but to many people onboard for the staff they had

Cabin / Stateroom

The cabin was good, I have been on lots of cruises, and this is the 1st time cabin was not cleaned 1 day had to call for towels and washrags

Ship tip

Be patient there are long lines for everything, and not many seats at the Atrium stage and they have a lot of shows there

Carnival knew in advance how many people was cruising so staffing shouldn't be issues. People saying staff overwhelmed this not there first cruise. I need staffing for 3 things. Room, poolside drink if ask & at Dinner.

I thank you for taking the bigger passenger load. We only had 2100 (3750 capacity) on the Freedom. We decided it was because you had more people!😉
