Review summary

Worst cruise ever! We had smokers on balconies below and beside ours which filled our room with some. Steak house ran out of steak but made us pay for it anyways. Someone bagged on our cabin Sun, Tues, Wed. At 3am, 3:40,am 4;25am lost. Waking us up. Security didn’t seem to care. Just said “it’s ok, he was just lost”.

Bed was comfortable. We had a ocean view balcony. Not private, instead of looking at the ocean, you look down at 3 other balconies. With people smoking on them. Which the smoke went straight up to ours and in the room. Could not enjoy balcony. After complaining to customer service, they didn’t seem to care .

As smoking on a ship in non designated areas is absolutely forbidden and very dangerous....it seems skeptical no one did anything about it. I had someone knock on my door at 3 am and called security. They came immediately and took them away. Never saw them again. How did you get charged for a steak if you didn't have one? Just would like to know.
