This was our first Carnival cruise but will not be our last. The ship was amazing and the crew were terrific. We did my time dining, which allows you to request a table starting about 15 minutes before the dining room opens. The three included dining rooms have different food and the menu is on the Carnival Hub app. All of the food was excellent. The shows and other activities were very well done. I haven’t a single complaint about our cruise.

Wished I knew about winter break. There were many kids running amuck. Knocking on doors, running through hallways and playing with the elevators. This ship's elevators are small and crowded. We used the stairs to climb 8 or more decks routinely because of the wait for the elevators. Loved the complimentary restaurant choices. Beautiful ship. Great comedy shows. Lots of activities and lots of fun We enjoyed the soda package. Able to serve ourselves for soda is easy and quick

I was so disappointed. The was looking fwd to the Hero lounge and ws greatly disappointed why was the tv only showing women's softball and women's cricket?????? A little NCAA basketball WAS OK..BUT JEESH. What happened to the food? It wasnt nealy as good as the Panorama.... the mardi gras is too big IMO....The pig and anchor was grossssss. Room service menu is lame! wtf happened??

Some things good but food just average, shows did not stand out and too much for a room they think is a suite with no benefit to paying more.

little by little carnival is takeing things away verylittle shrimp no bread baskets o n table they give you one piece of bread.you have to ask for more you have to ask for coffe at dinner all moast all the shows are by the same entertainers

The cruise was great and will do it again but benches by the elevators would be great to sit on while waiting on the elevator

We've cruised with Carnival a lot, Platinum. Very disappointed in main dining, The Palms. Long waits, mediocre menu, food. The cell phone system just didn't work well for us. Many plusses, ship design, Lido, Deck 8, cleanliness, entertainment. Lost an important piece of luggage during debarkation. It had Rx's, my wife's wallet, some $$$. Customercare appears to care less. No personal response to urgent e-mail . A "Lost & Found" posting was not reassuring. "Lost & found items are sent to a central location. It may take 90 days to return items." Personal concern totally lacking!!!

did not enjoy this cruise I have cruise with Carnival for many years this is the first time come i come back happy.

This was a girl’s trip! We laughed from the time we got up until we went to bed! We met the most amazing people and made life long friend with them. Truly an amazing trip full of wonderful memories!!

Wonderful ship. Color scheme calming. Staff great. Buffett food great

Cruised with two young kids. Staff was fantastic. Many of the people on board were not so much. A lot of rudeness and impatience. People arguing about who was waiting for the elevator first. Witnessed a lot of rudeness towards staff. For us we will likely stop choosing large ships and may stop cruising Carnival. This has less to do with Carnival, and more with the clientele Carnival seems to attract. The ship was beautiful, the food was fantastic.

Really enjoyed this ship - The Carnival Mardi Gras. Lots to do! Did a cake decorating class that was a lot of fun! Entertainment everywhere! When you want to chill the Serenity Deck is wonderful with great bar service. The staff was wonderful and food great - lots of choices!

Too many passages and making breakfast reservations at the dining room was not necessary

Our trip was for my wife's 50th birthday. The staff was great and I didn't even have to mention that it was her birthday. I would like to see the schedule better organized but I do understand the reason for the overlapping in shows due to the number of people on board. I guess when the entertainment is that good you want to see it all...

Overall this was an awesome cruise on an awesome ship

There should be signs that show where the adults only section is. I found it on our last day there.

I have sailed with Carnival 9 times so am familiar with their cruises. Employees work tirelessly and should be commended. I suggest you book directly with Carnival as I have in the past with the exception of this time. Big mistake!!! is awful and to have to spend nearly 6 hours over two days on phone for a simple mistake on their part is totally unacceptable. I have been a Spirit card holder and frequent flyer for nearly 20 years and it means nothing to them. Such a terrible experience I might take to Twitter. Yes, that bad. Dont try to make a change because they screw u royally with pricing and there is fine print somewhere that a magnifying glass can't see it.
