Review summary

I have sailed with Carnival 9 times so am familiar with their cruises. Employees work tirelessly and should be commended. I suggest you book directly with Carnival as I have in the past with the exception of this time. Big mistake!!! is awful and to have to spend nearly 6 hours over two days on phone for a simple mistake on their part is totally unacceptable. I have been a Spirit card holder and frequent flyer for nearly 20 years and it means nothing to them. Such a terrible experience I might take to Twitter. Yes, that bad. Dont try to make a change because they screw u royally with pricing and there is fine print somewhere that a magnifying glass can't see it.

Farenheit was to die for. I am one to only take what I think I can eat, unlike some others. All the food was terrific. Guys burgers, Shaq chicken, pizza, paninis was all great

My room steward and his staff were wonderfu. Brian on deck 11 and his staff couldnt have been more attentive and friendly. Shout out to Mardika on deck 16 for his attention to detail and tireless work. Everyone employed on that ship deserves 5 stars for what they do

These folks are non stop working for weeks on end, even months and should be awarded

A step up in size since my last cruise and served the purpose as we only slept there. Couch bed etc are way too small in length but I dealt with it for a week. Bed were fine for my other guests.

Ship tip

Sail midship as this is an enormous vessel and you will walk considerably

the zip line and beach with lunch was ok. The ride there was a bit much. Zip line was fantastic but the lunch provided was just ok. Again if you dont want to shop or excursion not much to do. Beach was good

Little confused by your review. I assume you are saying to book your flights with Carnival and their Fly To Fun program, which in my opinion doesn't prevent all headaches associated with air travel these days. Sorry, you had so much trouble with your airline. Otherwise thanks for your review. We really enjoyed the Mardis Gras.
