Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
Dinning room food was good but nothing outstanding. Buffet food was mediocre and at times very crowded. Crown Grill service was exceptional and the food was great.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
Plenty of scheduled activities if you want participate.

Hollywood Conservatory

3 out of 5

Very nice area to have a drink and admire gathering views. The musical items around the can be annoying when the kids play on them.

Tender Embarkation

4 out of 5

With the rock slide in Skagway had to tender to port. Very organized but to covered areas to get out of the weather.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Production shows were very good with a very talented cast. Comedian Steve Caouette was hilarious. Went to two of his shows and both were very entertaining.

Children's Programs

3 out of 5
Had a 15 year old and a times was a challenge to keep her entertained but overall she loved the cruise. She did not use the teen club.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Staff was very friendly and provide great service. Room steward Taricia was fantastic and ensured all went well during the cruise. Always asked what she could do for us.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
Ship was very clean with personnel constantly cleaning all around the ship. Ship was well laid out and easy go navigate once you get your bearing. It was a challenge to get to the Allegto Dinning Room where you had to go up an elevator and down the stairs.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
Cabin was very spacious with plenty of storage. Bed was very comfortable. Did not like the sensors that turned on the overhead light by the closet area. Had to cover the sensor at night to deactivate it since I get up a lot at night.

Ship tip

Things will not always go as planned but try to overcome and enjoy your cruise.

Very unique town that they keep to resemble the gold rush days. Enjoyed walking the downtown area. Took a waterfall bus tour and the views were beyond words.

Words can’t describe the glacier. Although the weather didn’t cooperate as it was rainy it still was amazing.
