Excellent itinerary, great entertainment and fantastic entertainment! Excellent customer service on a well maintained ship. Inside cabin was spacious and nicely laid out! Buffet was excellent; good quality food and a wide variety.

Food and Dining
4 out of 5
Disappointed with main dining room food, but enjoyed the food in the buffet! We don't normally have dinner in the Marketplace Buffet, but the selections were better and quality was better and a wider variery to choose from. Biggest complaint is that the food wasn't very hot! Many times it was too cold.
Onboard Activities
3 out of 5
For a 13 night cruise, it was almost the same boring things everyday! For those of us who don't drink and gamble, there wasn't much else to do. The trivias were only a few, the games were not very interesting. Could use some chess teams, a lecture or two would have been nice.
Entertainment
5 out of 5
Enjoyed the entertainment, however music could be a bit more mixed for dancing! Some more Latin and Caribbean music could have been included such as Reggae and Soka; they would have more people dancing as they have universal appeal! The production shows at night and entertainers were absolutely fabulous! The sets, the lightnings and musicians were amazing, AND the costumes were magnificent!!! Enjoyed Kevin, the entertainment director and congratulations to OZ, who was promoted and was going to another ship! Well deserved!

Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Joel in the Symphony dining room and Gabriel the room attendant were fantastic!!! Gabriel was so nice, professional and respectful, that we would have loved to take him home with us! ALL, the staff was wonderful and most important, they made us feel welcomed and that they were happy to have us sail with them! The service was by far, the best part of this ship!
Ship Quality

Well maintained, beautiful and provided lots of areas to be away from it all or to mingle!
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
LOVED the cabin! It was well laid out, the amenities were wonderful, especially the lights coming on at night from both sides of the bed when one steps out of bed. Loved the nice body lotion as it's difficult to travel with any reasonable size body lotion since 2006, due to TSA restrictions! And for a woman of color for such a long trip, it was a blessing in disguise! Thank you Princess! Spacious, modern with a reasonable sized shower and a counter top that was high enough that one didn't have to bend too low! The closet was a great size with lots of hangers, and we enjoyed the robes!!!
Ship tip
Know that if you are booked in any of the main dining room, they can and will probably change you to a different dining room, even after you've eating in the same one for the last 3 or 4 nights!
My husband was able to check off the Australian Open off his bucket list, and although it was the wettest day of the entire tournament, he had a blast! I was able to get into town and used the free circular rail and saw a lot of the city, as well walked around for three hours! Pictures didn't have blue skies but I got a good sense of the city and did a bit of sightseeing! Loved the main Library and the main train station! All in all, we made the most of it as we had rain coats and umbrellas! Lovely city which we visit again!
Easy to get around, saw the Tasmanian Devil at a zoo and took a trip out to Richmond! Weather was beautiful and Hobart is a beautiful city! We did a a 90 minute narrated city tour in the morning, and was able to combine it with our afternoon tour booked with Cruises.Com.
A beautiful bucolic town, Port Chalmers, but Dunedin was absolutely beautiful! Loved the old and new architecture, as well the train station and the ease of walking around! People were fantastic, helpful and willing to give directions and make recommendations!
Lyttleton, is hilly, quaint and romantic! With wonderful views of the port and mountains. Christchurch was a bucket list item for me! Although there was some rain and a bit chilly, we braved it and spent more than 4 hours just walking around! The botanical Gardens, the Cathedral, even though under renovation due to the 2010 and 2011 earthquake, was still beautiful! A clean beautiful City, Victoria Park provided calm and and places to rest our feet awhile! We enjoyed the walk along the river back to the main bus station! Lovely city.
Absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!! Enjoyed the two mile trek up the hillside and had a commanding view of our ship and the harbor! Shopping was wonderful, and we cannot say enough how wonderful the people were!! So picturesque!
Weather was wet and some flooding, but we had umbrella and rain coats, so we still got to see and do things in Auckland! It has grown so much since we were there in 1996! So multicultural, with excellent entertainment and wonderful food! Great public transportation and a wonderful waterfront! We stayed two extra nights after the cruise, and had been there before, so we really enjoyed it!
