Great trip we are not "Loyal to Royal" and love them. Maybe some more different options at wind jammer throughout the week but all in all great cruise line and we really liked the Liberty of the Seas. Our last trip was in April on the Harmony of the Seas and we loved that ship as well.

Not the experience we were expecting, have had more fun on other cruise lines. Appeared to be a large number of older individuals and this ship is not friendly for handicapped. Customer Service desk is worthless!!! App on board is almost 3 times more. If your child is under 42 inches there was nothing to do except nursery.

has asked me to rate Royal Caribbean and we have. is not asking us our opinion of booking through them and how that went. We will never book through them again. We discovered there is no financial or security advantage in using for booking cruises. We bought the cruise and the insurance. When we discovered my daughter was having complications with her pregnancy, we were told we were SOL and could not get the cruise moved to a different date without losing most of the value, and the insurance wouldn't pay much. would not help us at all. This cruise was expensive for what we got already and the insurance was worthless and would not help us. Never again. I do not like the way applies and overall rating to my survey without giving me the option of changing it to better reflect my weighing the various aspects mentioned.

Everything was absolutely amazing!!!! The service is outstanding!!

Ship design and layout was excellent. Cleanliness in the Buffet was not good. Food beverage and service in those areas was not near as good as Carnival. Room steward did a good job.

A pit boss was not present when a previous craps player returned to table and interrupted my roll to cash in chips. Cashier was 20 feet away. I initially politely requested he use cashier as croupiers kept asking him to wait. After he spilled his chips all over table I was angry and scolded him. I called for mgr and security to no avail. Guest told me I was so fat that I probably hadn't been "fXXXXd" in 20 years. At that point I used profanity but never said anything about Mexican as I am also of MX heritage. Though the casino incident was poorly handled, I received no compensation for the humiliation incurred from security staff who accepted disrespectful guest's recount and false allegation of ethnicity slur. Though the casino craps staff stated that I did not make a slur security continued to present it as a fact to me the following day when they visited my room for a statement. I had my attorney on the phone for interview at $500 per hour. They stated the guest apologized to me through security but front office refused to comp me for any portion of my expenses due to my "disciplinary issues" and "forgot" to remove alcohol restriction from prior night causing me to miss trivia game in the Schooner the next day. I have never felt so humiliated in my life.

It had been 25 years since my wife and I cruised for our honeymoon. Both times I was worried I would not enjoy it. But once onboard it was quite relaxing, especially once we found our rhythm and learned to avoid certain areas at certain times. Our teenage boys had fun, but did not find many other people their age (or any who were willing) to hang out with, so they mostly spent time with each other and us. We are in our mid 50's and the crowd definitely trended older. And, I'd say a majority of passengers are Texans, for whatever that's worth. For the same money, we could have had a balcony suite on a Carnival ship, but decided to go with RC to avoid the rowdy/party atmosphere we feared on Carnival. Mission accomplished, I think.

Overall, great cruise experience. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

Abhijeet Sawant (Chef) was awesome. He made sure whatever food we requested was ready during lunch and dinner time. He also took care of our 2 years baby. Food was very delicious and tasty. Vipul Pendhari (Sorento) - Every time we stopped by to eat Pizza, he delivered to our table with smile on his face, regardless how busy they were. Mohit Sharma (Pub) - He provided great service each time and great personality. Ashroff and Ayu (Waiters from main dining room) - Both of them were very generous and provided great service. Ayu made sure we were very comfortable. She was very quick to get our food and drinks on the table. All of staff members we interacted with during the trip were awesome. They fulfilled our requests each time and I will definitely recommend this cruise to family and friends.

I would recommend this cruise. Although the ship holds more than 3K people, other than the first day before we could get in our cabins, I never felt overcrowded during the cruise. I loved the Hoof and Claw pub and the staff there is phenominal.

This was my first cruise and I really enjoyed it! Our room with balcony, the trip, food, ports, etc were all great! In the Air, Dance Fever, Love and Marriage, and Mr. Williams, the comedian in the Platinum Theater were all really good. The ice show was also really good too, but overall assessment of quantity and quality of entertainment other than them was underwhelming.

We live near Galveston, so it is our cruise port of choice to avoid the hassles of flying! It was a spur of the moment decision, but we were extremely pleased with this cruise, The destination ports were great, but we especially enjoyed the time on the ship, the fellow travelers we met, the friendly service and a week of relaxation!

The ship was grand. It was clean but you could tell it’s needs a facelift in certain areas. Overall, it was a wonderful cruise.

We took ten members of our family on this cruise. We chose the Liberty because of our good experience on her on our Feb '22 cruise. This was the first cruise for seven family members. All ten of us had a wonderful experience and would definitely go on another RCL cruise. I suppose that is the best result; that we would all cruise on RCL again!

Great experience with RCI. I will definitely cruise with them again - the staff took such good care of us and by the end of our cruise, we felt like family!

Liberty of the seas needs a makeover. It needs more entertainment geared towards urban culture. It needs more American/general food options included in the buffet and restaurants. More quality american food.
