The MDR food and buffet was great. I actually found the buffet food to taste better, but the service in the MDR was excellent.

Areas were clean and accessible. We enjoyed the slides, golf, pools and rock climbing wall.

Service and Staff

The service in the MDR was exceptional. Most bar areas were great. I found the service in the pool area to be lacking, as the staff there paid attention to those ordering many drinks and tipping well. Since I did not tip until the end of the trip I didn't get as good of service as those in my party who tipped with each drink.
Ship Quality

The ship was clean and well maintained in most areas. There were some lights out, namely floor 9 elevator buttons. There was also an active water leak on one of the floors by the elevator.
Cabin / Stateroom

The size and comfort was fine for the little time we spent in the cabin. The beds were quite hard, and I heard others mention the same.
Visited the Mayan ruins. Very good for a historical and cultural perspective. The people at this port were the best, of any other! They were very welcoming, helpful, and informative.
The beach areas are quite small (not much beach). You will pay for every little item extra; the chair, umbrella, drinks. The people are interested in tips, and shopping was overpriced. We did the Coral Beach Break with Lunch and found the beach beautiful, the food subpar, the service almost nonexistent.
We visited Rose Hall and bus tour and found it to be a great cultural experience. This tour even stopped at a museum and it was interesting and informative. The staff all expect tips.
