Horrible experience for a second time for my husband. They could find him on reservations and we had to wait a long time to wait on one of the ships staff to find the reservation for him. I felt bad for him to have to deal with this yet again and hope that since our next one in December at the new Port he doesn’t have this issue again. I know there are always hiccups but this is ridiculous and a waste of our time cause we can’t get onboard and enjoy our vacation.

Hung around the pool area and the staff out there was wonderful. They kept the deck sponged off all the wet areas so no one slips. Always doing their job with a smile.

Lenore our room stewards was super great. Our room was always cleaned up while we were out and had clean towels out and bed was always made. Also had two waiters in my dining at 5:00 named Fardeen and Angelo was fantastic and love their spunk and knowledge of things. Always accommodating us and making sure we had what we needed. Richard at service center was great and took care of us immediately. Rui and Jayson at the Pub was super great and always with a smile and always remembered our drinks. There were others but for the life of me I can’t remember. Oh there was also Shine at the Pub too. Please let them know of their great review please as they deserve it. Miss them all.
Great, love the show your face on the machine to show your off the ship. Really fast as it needs to be so one can get luggage and head home. Which to me was Sad, I love cruising.
