Review summary
A pit boss was not present when a previous craps player returned to table and interrupted my roll to cash in chips. Cashier was 20 feet away. I initially politely requested he use cashier as croupiers kept asking him to wait. After he spilled his chips all over table I was angry and scolded him. I called for mgr and security to no avail. Guest told me I was so fat that I probably hadn't been "fXXXXd" in 20 years. At that point I used profanity but never said anything about Mexican as I am also of MX heritage. Though the casino incident was poorly handled, I received no compensation for the humiliation incurred from security staff who accepted disrespectful guest's recount and false allegation of ethnicity slur. Though the casino craps staff stated that I did not make a slur security continued to present it as a fact to me the following day when they visited my room for a statement. I had my attorney on the phone for interview at $500 per hour. They stated the guest apologized to me through security but front office refused to comp me for any portion of my expenses due to my "disciplinary issues" and "forgot" to remove alcohol restriction from prior night causing me to miss trivia game in the Schooner the next day. I have never felt so humiliated in my life.Embarkation
